Yoga Flow (also known as Vinyasa) links breath with movement through a creative sequence of poses that evolve smoothly from one to the next. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and grounded. YOGA SCULPT

This is a fusion fitness class that combines the mindful movement of yoga with the strength-building and calorie-burning benefits of weight training and cardio. It typically involves using hand weights in traditional yoga poses, interspersed with high-intensity cardio bursts and core work. The goal is to increase muscle tone, boost metabolism, and enhance cardiovascular health. Expect great beats to go along with the movement and a sweaty burn.

CANDLELIGHT YIN

Yin yoga is a complementary practice to the more dynamic vinyasa style you've grown to love. In yin, poses are held passively for longer periods of time in order to create tension over time.

Physically, Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones placing a positive stress increasing mobility of joints, promoting flexibility, and hydration of tissues. Passive, longer held poses give you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. All levels welcome. Wear layers to maximize comfort.

Restorative yoga is a gentle style of yoga that focuses on deep relaxation and stress reduction through long-held, supported poses. It's designed for all levels and encourages you to relax deeply and release tension in your body and mind. Restorative yoga uses props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support the body in comfortable positions, allowing for extended holds and deep breathing.
