YOGA FLOW
Move with breath and intention in this dynamic and energizing class designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Yoga Flow (also known as Vinyasa) links breath with movement through a creative sequence of poses that evolve smoothly from one to the next. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and grounded.
Suitable for All Levels. Studio heated to 95 degrees.

ALIGN & DEFINE
Strengthen your core, tone your Muscles, and improve posture and alignment through dynamic sequences that use light weights, resistance bands, pilates balls, and bodyweight exercises. Align & Define is a fusion class which blends the precision of Pilates with the sculpting power of mat-based barre. Expect small, controlled movements paired with mindful breathing for a low-impact yet highly effective workout that leaves you feeling strong, lengthened, and defined.
Studio heated to 82-85 degrees.
Personal ankle weights are an option to use during class.

SCULPT
Elevate your heart rate by combining traditional yoga poses with strength-training elements like light weights, resistance bands, and cardio bursts to tone muscles, and boost endurance Blend the mindfulness of yoga with the strength of fitness in this energizing full-body workout. Expect motivating music, powerful and mindful movements, and a challenge that leaves you feeling stronger, and empowered — both on and off the mat.

RESTORATIVE
Unwind and replenish with this deeply relaxing practice, designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance to body and mind. Using props to fully support the body in gentle postures, Restorative Yoga encourages stillness, mindful breathing, and a release of tension. Perfect for stress relief, recovery, or simply slowing down, this practice creates space for healing, relaxation, and renewal.
Suitable for all levels. Wear comfortable layers. Studio is non-heated.


YIN YOGA
Unravel with this quiet, contemplative practice that works deeply into the body’s connective tissues—the fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Postures are held for longer periods of time with the use of yoga props, often 3–5 minutes or more, allowing the body to gently open and the mind to settle. Release what may be stuck with tension over time.

This practice complements the more dynamic “yang” styles of yoga by encouraging stillness, mindfulness, and acceptance. Rather than striving or pushing, Yin invites you to soften, to explore your edge with patience, and to cultivate balance in both body and mind.

Chair Yoga
This gentle class is designed for those who may not feel comfortable getting down onto a floor mat for a traditional yoga practice. With the support of a chair, we move slowly and intentionally, connecting breath with movement to build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility.
Each session offers space to stretch the body, support bone and muscle strength, and invite a sense of calm and relaxation. You are always welcome to move at your own pace and meet your body exactly where it is.
